I haven't been able to sing for about a week, so I'm sending you some of the country I've already done. This one was written by Buck Owens, but made famous by Ray Charles.

Mezzo,
You know I am having a hard time on this site being able to tell if you all are actually recording artist or just beautiful singers. That was done so well, and it was like it should have been the background for a tear gerker movie. I am not versed in older songs but I do know that one well. That is the best I have heard that done and a tribute to Ray Charles.

Sincerely,

Steven Jr.

Thanks loads, Donna. I just love Ray Charles songs. I didn't know Buch had written it either, till I did the research on it.

Thanks so much Steven. That is a true compliment. I'd love to have the money, but I don't think I'd want the hassles that would go along with it. :P

Buck Owens used to be a favorite of mine, way back when I was a much younger feller. Buck nearly invented the singing through yer nose style.. :icon_laugh: and a lotta folks attributed cryin in yer beer to him too. No matter... this ain't cryin in the beer to me...just plain nice singing and a great old tune.
